Education

I just graduated from West Platte R-II High School. I complete my high school carrer with 24 credit hours towards college and I was valedictorian. I am going to the University of Missouri Kansas City in the Fall of 2012. I plan to major in Biology and Chemistry. My current GPA is a 4.0 at UMKC. My anticipated date of graduation from UMKC will be in the year of 2016.

Experience

I tutored chemistry 1 at my high school for a semester. I know how to explain the information of the class in a way that will make more since to the student. On the ACT my composite score was 25 and my break down subject scores were; math 28, science 26, english 30, and reading 23. I want to be a tutor because I enjoy helping students learn. I want the student to excel and retain the information being presented to them in school. The relevant classes I have taken are Chemistry, Biology, English Literature, Advanced Composition, American Government, Geography, Western Civilization, Calculus, College Algebra, and Trigonometry. Hobbies

My hobbies and interests are learning and sports. I love to go work out and practice my basketball skills whenever I can. I always look for opportunities to go and learn by going into school early and work on a science fair project or read popular science magazines. I enjoy reading books and I am currently reading The Grand Design by Stephen Hawking and Leonard Mlodinow. I also enjoy making movies on my MacBook Pro. I also volunteer my time to help my step dad coach my little brothers football team. I love to get involved in the community and I rarely say no when someone asks me to do something. I am a reliable person. I devoted to my morals and follow in the word of God.
